Laminated Glass Sheet
First of all laminated glass is made from two or more layers of glass separated by a bonded interlayer of plastic. Similarly, any type of glass can be laminated, from painted to printed. However, the transparency of the glass isn’t altered. Above all must comply with EN ISO 12543 specifications.
Why use laminated glass?
- Strong and durable
- it is harder to break than ordinary glass.
- Energy efficiency e.g. heat insulation.
- Sound insulation.
- UV reduction.
- Easy to apply coloring.
Finally, Grade A safety glass that does not shatter and disperse when broken.
