Coronavirus (Covid 19) – Customer Information
Following the Prime Minister’s statement, we can confirm that we are currently still open for business as hardware stores are exempt from the government’s latest guidance notes on business closures.
The wellbeing of our colleagues, customers and suppliers is our absolute priority. Therefore we have implemented several safety procedures to limit the risk of exposure to Covid-19.
We are monitoring what the governing guidelines are and the current situation with the spread of the pandemic. We will be holding staff meetings frequently as time progresses. Should the situation escalate any closure will be announced on our social media platforms.
As for our safety procedures, we have implemented that no more than 2 customers at a time in our hardware store or Timber shed. Customers will not be allowed to wander around the premises, Instead, they will be asked to remain behind a barrier that has been put in place and a member of staff will gather the good required by the customer. We have a also instigated a 2 meter distance regulation. We are doing our best to sanitise all work surfaces and will be wearing the appropriate PPE where applicable.
We are still taking orders for delivery via the Facebook, website, eBay store, Phone (01495 762796) and shop.
